Embossing and front & rear indent in one single pass

The Matica Z3 can be configured for embossing only (Standart Gathic and OCR7B type sets) or including Rear and/or Front Indent (OCRB4, OCRB1 and CVV2), allowing all elements of financial card issuance being completed in one single pass, thus being one of the most flexible card issuance systems available.

Automatic or manual card feeder

The Matica Z3 is available with an automatic feeder and unloading hopper (including a negative loader for rejected cards) for continuous low volume production or a manual (single) card feeder specially designed for instant card applications where cards are issued one-by-one.

The Z3 Card Issuance System combines the reliability and 

footprint  of the Z2, but has a tipper unit for more professional 

looking embossed cards. The Z3 is a compact and flexible
